By employing the services of a professional and qualified valuer you will receive an inventory in the form of a schedule of items, coupled with a certificate of valuation and photographic evidence of the existence of the items in the form of digital photography contact sheets if required.
Our valuers offer a more personal service by visiting clients by convenient appointment to assess and discuss their requirements confidentially.

Valuation Fees for personal visit
Our fee for insurance, probate and family division valuations is calculated at £40 per hour for personal site visit which is added to a similar required period of office research time with a minimum fee, therefore, of £80. Half day contracts are charged at £250, whilst full day contracts are charged at £400.
- Work undertaken beyond a 20 mile radius of our office is charged at 50p per mile.
- For longer distances, overnight accommodation, if required, is only charged at cost.
- All fees are subject to VAT.
- Please note, we now carry out online valuations for a nominal fee.

Valuation Services
Old Harlequin have recently extended the scope of their valuation services to
ensure that clients are furnished with all required documentation including
inventories, schedules, photographs, certificates and digital video if required.
Secured digital copies are maintained by Old Harlequin to provide for every eventuality. We are also happy to discuss all aspects of security with clients.
